Every officer on our team is an ambitious practitioner committed to a singular mission: empowering the next generation of global voices. We leverage our collective expertise to foster a genuinely collaborative culture that scales impact. I guide the overall strategic direction of YPFP
Gabrielle Sigler is a tech-policy and national security professional. She is President of YPFP and a former Biden Administration appointee at DHS, focusing on global affairs and empowering the next generation of policy leaders.

Guides the strategic direction of the DMV Branch.
Aaron Chan is a Senior Associate at TAG AI, delivering AI-driven geopolitical analysis across Indo-Pacific markets. Formerly Special Advisor to the National Cyber Director, he advanced U.S. cybersecurity strategy and congressional engagement. With a decade in national security and foreign policy, he focuses on China competition, Southeast Asia, and global development issues.

I manage all operations
Adam works at the European Parliament and has prior experience at the European Commission and European Investment Bank. He holds master’s degrees in War Studies and Political Science. Passionate about foreign policy, he serves on several boards, including the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association Sweden.

Managing Director, Los Angeles Branch
Grace is the Managing Director of the new YPFP Los Angeles branch. During her day job, she works as a Research Analyst for the CFHK Foundation. Previously, she was a China Research Associate at Strategy Risks. She has also spent time at the Project 2049 Institute and the United States Department of State.

Director of Human Rights, Los Angeles Branch
Kareena serves as the Director of Human Rights & Social Impact at YPFP Los Angeles. She is a public policy professional who brings experience working with think tanks around the world. Kareena currently works as an Associate at the Milken Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing collaborative solutions to global challenges. As a passionate advocate for civic engagement, she mentors young women and sits on the Board of her local United Nations Association chapter.

Director of Communications, Los Angeles Branch
Maelee is the Director of Communications at YPFP Los Angeles and an Immigration Analyst at Fragomen advising on U.S. immigration matters in the entertainment industry and working at the intersection of global business, immigration policy, and the creative economy. Formerly at the U.S. Department of State, she shaped social media strategy for American Spaces, advised leadership on rebranding the 2nd largest public diplomacy program, and authored a policy later adopted by the Secretary’s Policy Planning Staff.

Leads planning efforts for DC programming
As events and programming director for DC Branch Shay leads strategic planning efforts for programming throughout the year and coordinates day-of event logistics. She uses YPFP’s extensive network of current members, alumni and board members to create premiere foreign policy focused events.
