Adam Nilsson
Managing Director
I manage all operations
Adam joined YPFP Brussels in 2024 as an Officer in the Policy & Diplomacy Team. He was motivated to contribute his background in foreign policy and defence, remain actively engaged in these fields, and expand his network within the Brussels policy community.
Bio
As Managing Director, Adam leads the Brussels branch, overseeing overall operations and strategic direction. He coordinates closely with the four team directors, fellow Managing Directors across other branches, and headquarters to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
He works across teams to strengthen visibility, engagement, and impact in Brussels, translating annual strategic priorities into concrete activities and partnerships.
In his professional capacity, Adam works at the European Parliament on governance, compliance. He previously gained experience at the European Commission and the European Investment Bank. He holds two Master’s degrees in War Studies and Political Science
