About Y20
Shaping the Future
The Y20 (Youth 20) Summit is the official youth engagement group of the G20. It serves as a diplomatic forum where young leaders and professionals from G20 member countries gather to negotiate policy recommendations and advocate for the global youth population.
This year, the Y20 Summit will take place on August 10-14 in Washington, DC, with the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy and Globally as the official hosts. The summit will convene young professionals from G20 countries to advance democracy, prosperity, and multilateral partnerships.
