I joined YPFP to improve the membership experience by building a stronger community of foreign policy professionals. I also deeply resonate with its commitment to nurturing future leaders.
Bio
Jeff is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on tech policy and global development. Outside of school, he serves as Regional Director at The Borgen Project, mobilizing advocates and engaging congressional offices to strengthen U.S. leadership in tackling poverty. He's also a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum, where he has led crisis response initiatives and coordinated with NGOs to protect immigrant rights.
Previously, Jeff was Head of Investor Relations and Portfolio Operations at Untapped Ventures, where he facilitated a $22 million fundraise and oversaw a portfolio of 32 startups. Additionally, he partnered with the City of Burbank to design the award-winning Future of Work Accelerator. Earlier roles at Allocations and 208 Seed Ventures included leading cross-border teams, managing compliance-focused product development, and supporting early-stage founders.
Outside of work, Jeff writes about international affairs as a correspondent for the Young Diplomats Society and contributes to the Sierra Club’s Stop Clearcutting Campaign. His volunteerism includes building an AI chatbot for American Promise to educate communities on campaign finance and providing hundreds of hours of peer counseling with Empower Work and Crisis Text Line.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, where he studied abroad in London and Shanghai. In his free time, he enjoys visiting museums, playing the piano, and taking long walks in the city.

Fun Fact:
I graduated from college at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, so my graduation ceremony was held a couple of years later.
