Bio

Omika Suryawanshi (she/her) is a consultant at McKinsey & Co., where she works across strategy, workforce transformation, and AI-related planning. Her experience includes leading domestic strategy and growth at Generation.org, where she helped launch new workforce programs and assessed how AI-driven disruption could affect job risk.

She has also conducted AI education research at Carnegie Mellon’s Human-Computer Interaction Institute and worked in research and digital media at BackStory with the American History Guys. As a Y20 delegate representing the United States, she brings a cross-sector, people-centered perspective on frontier technologies.
