Welcome to the next chapter of
Young Professionals in Foreign Policy!
We are excited to officially launch the new YPFP website, redesigned to better connect our global community, improve the member experience, and make it easier than ever to engage with opportunities across the organization.
Whether you are a longtime member, a new volunteer, a partner organization, or someone discovering YPFP for the first time, this new platform was built to help you navigate the organization more easily and stay connected to everything happening across our global network.
What’s New
Membership Portal
Members can now access a dedicated portal designed to make managing your YPFP membership simpler, more transparent, and will allow us to add exclusive tools, opportunities, events only accessible to active members!
You can access this by signing into you YPFP account on your browser. If you're having trouble, please enable cookies in your browser. We use them to secure your Membership Portal login credentials. 🍪
Inside the portal, you can currently view your membership status, check renewal dates, and update your member information. This portal will continue to expand with additional features and resources over time.

Modernized Branch Pages
Each YPFP branch now has its own updated webpage showcasing who's representing you on the local leadership teams and how to get in touch, upcoming events, branch-specific programming, vacancy announcements, partnerships and initiatives, and ways to get involved locally.

YPFP News
The new YPFP News section serves as a centralized hub for organizational updates and opportunities. Here, you'll find organizational announcements (like this one), partnership announcements, branch highlights, member spotlights, and featured articles and initiatives from our branches and programs!
This section will be updated regularly to help members stay informed across the entire organization.
Leadership & Team Directory
Our new directory makes it easier to connect with the right people across YPFP.
Visitors can now identify branch leadership teams, HQ leadership, points of contact for partnerships, and spotlight the amazing volunteers that push this organization forward.
Upcoming and Past Events
Events are now easier than ever to browse and explore across all branches and programmatic areas. Users can browse upcoming events by branch, explore by subject area, access registration and directions to locations more easily, and view our archive of past events. For select past events, we will also be uploading session recaps and event photos for attendees to download so check back to see if we captured you at one of our events!
Improved Mobile Experience
The new website has been redesigned to function more smoothly across mobile devices. If you're joining us via tablet, we're still working on accessibility, but we hope to have that online soon! In the meantime, if your device allows, switch to desktop mode in your browser to gain the full functionality of the site!

Do I need a new account to access the membership portal?
No! Existing members can continue using their current membership credentials so dust off that old email and password to gain access.
How do I check my membership status?
You can view your membership information through the Membership Portal after logging in.
I forgot my login information. What should I do?
Use the password reset option on the login page or contact your YPFP team for assistance.
Can I attend events outside my local branch?
Yes. Many YPFP events are open to members across branches, including virtual programming and international opportunities. Filter our upcoming events by format to view online and hybrid events.
Where can I find upcoming opportunities and announcements?
The YPFP News section and Events pages will contain the latest updates across the organization.
How do I contact branch leadership or HQ?
You can use the Leadership & Team Directory to identify the appropriate point of contact.
How do I partner/sponsor the org?
We have a dedicated page for sponsorship/partnership inquiry's here.
Will more features be added later?
Yes. This launch is only the beginning. Additional member tools, resources, and digital initiatives will continue rolling out over time.
