You're role
YPFP is seeking a Website & Digital Platforms Manager to oversee the organization’s website on Wix Studio Editor and the Charged Affairs publication platform on WordPress. This role will support website updates, content publishing, digital organization, and user experience improvements to strengthen YPFP’s visibility, communications, and member engagement efforts.
What you'll do
The Website & Digital Platforms Manager will maintain and update the YPFP website and Charged Affairs platform, upload and organize digital content, support website improvements and SEO efforts, monitor website performance, and coordinate with YPFP leadership and communications teams on digital initiatives.
How you'll do it
Proven experience managing, updating, and maintaining websites built on website builder platforms (specifically Wix Studio Editor) and WordPress.
Understanding of digital content organization, layout design, and improving online user experience (UX).
Experience implementing on-page SEO best practices to improve website search visibility and performance tracking.
Familiarity with graphic design or AI tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with leadership and communications teams.
What you'll bring
Candidates should be able to devote at least 5 hours/week to assist in management of the platforms, have experience with Wix Studio Editor, WordPress, or other website builder platofmrs, and an interest in international affairs, communications, or nonprofit work. Familiarity with digital content management and graphic design tools is strongly preferred.

While these positions are unpaid, the experience is invaluable—volunteers gain access to a global network, develop high-impact skills, and help shape the direction of one of the world’s most influential youth-led foreign policy organizations.
All branch roles are fully remote. However, it is highly valuable for volunteers to be based in or near their branch city to engage with local partnerships and attend in-person events when possible. The Global (Virtual) Branch is the exception—it welcomes candidates from anywhere in the world.
