Renewable energy is sweeping the globe. So what have we achieved and are we doing enough to keep up?
Join us for a virtual session with climate scientist, educator, and activist Zach Brown, PhD, as he traces the 40-year failure to act on scientists' warnings and how that is all changing as renewable energy sweeps the globe.
Zach Brown, PhD is Co-Executive Director of Tidelines Institute, an education and leadership nonprofit dedicated to climate action. He earned his doctorate from Stanford University, where he undertook multiple research expeditions to the polar seas, among the world's fastest warming places.
Growing up surrounded by the wild lands, abundant seas, and retreating glaciers of Alaska, Zach went on to found Tidelines Institute after hiking and paddling 2,300 miles home to Alaska. He brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning climate science, education, activism, and the renewable energy revolution.
