Bio
As a globally engaged researcher and practitioner, I bring a multidisciplinary background in international affairs, conflict mediation, and strategic communications, with experience spanning NGOs, think tanks, and multilateral forums. My work has ranged from coordinating high-level diplomatic forums (Carter Center Asia-Pacific Peace and Development Forum), managing strategic partnerships and events, leading youth-led public service projects like the Free Water for Waseda initiative to engaging in fieldwork research and studies in conflict zones. Trained in quantitative and qualitative research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement, I have conducted fieldwork and studies in post-conflict zones like the Philippines and Bosnia, contributing to peacebuilding, community needs, as well as gender and ethnic inclusion. My skill set combines strategic writing, cross-cultural communication, and data-driven analysis — all underpinned by a strong commitment to equity, impact, and evidence-based policy. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, I’m especially passionate about leveraging my global networks and multilingual communication skills to support mission-driven organisations operating at the intersection of policy, sustainability, and inclusive development.
