I joined YPFP in 2024 because I wanted to connect with people who are in a similar stage of their career progression and exchange insights and ideas. Additionally, I enjoy to discuss and think about security policy topics outside of the perspective of the defence industry.
Bio
Max has been volunteering as a member of YPFP since 2024. As a Defence & Security Officer he is organising events focusing on security policy in Europe and the Transatlantic. He also contributes via his experience as a Public Affairs Consultant for the Defence and Space sector to the defence talks event format. Max studied Politics, Administration & International Relations at the Zeppelin University in Germany and later completed his Master's in International Security Studies at the University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom. Max is a German/British national and speaks German, English and intermediate level French.
