Bio
Hannah Pell is an Editorial Specialist at National Geographic, a global brand that inspires audiences to explore the wonder of our world. She collaborates with teams across Editorial to bring stories to life by streamlining communications and coordinating timely feedback on upcoming projects.
Hannah’s professional journey reflects her passion for learning, storytelling, and cross-cultural engagement. Before joining National Geographic, she managed programs and events for international students at George Washington University. She also supported public diplomacy initiatives through internships with the State Department, the White House, and Meridian International Center. Together, these experiences honed her skillset, providing a strong foundation in event logistics, project coordination, and strategic communications.
She received her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University, with minors in Spanish and Transcultural Literature.
Fun Fact:
Hannah loves roller skating, trying new cuisines, and exploring national parks. Badlands National Park is one of her favorite places to visit.
