Brianne Pearl O Dy
Programming Officer
Brianne works as the programme officer in Tokyo
Upon moving to Tokyo, I joined YPFP, seeking to be a part of a community of like-minded individuals interested in international relations who want to make a difference in the world.
Bio
Brianne recently graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada, where she majored in International Relations with High Distinction. Her undergraduate coursework largely focused on international institutions, global development, and the region of Southeast Asia. She also contributed to UBC’s International Relations Students Association for three consecutive years, serving as the Director of Mentorship and later as the Vice President of Academics. Brianne continues to seek academic and professional growth in the field of international relations, in hopes of one day serving as a foreign services officer. (paragraph) Originally from the Philippines, Brianne is currently working in Tokyo, but has lived in Canada, South Korea, and Austria. In her spare time, she loves travelling, exploring new places, and discovering new concoctions of matcha lattes.
