Fox Walker is a Defense Analyst at GlobalData Plc, a leading data analytics firm in London, where he focuses on transatlantic relations and unmanned military technology. Named the 2026 Rising Expert in Transatlantic Relations by Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, Fox has completed fellowships at the Council on Geostrategy, NATO Field School, and London Politica. Fox has been named a Maritime Leadership Fellow by the Council on Geostrategy and is a regular contributor to army-technology.com. Fox earned an MA from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. He is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Government and Arabic with the Liberal Arts Honors Program.
