Named the 2026 Rising Expert on Europe by Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, Eamonn's writing has appeared in Law and Liberty, Providence, American Purpose, and other publications. He is a recipient of the Library Research Fellowship at the American Revolution Institute, Global Irish Studies Fellowship at Georgetown University, Academic Fellowship at the Tikvah Fund, and National Security Grant at The Public Interest Fellowship. Eamonn has previously completed the Alexander Hamilton Society's Security and Strategy Fellowship and the Hudson Institute's Political Studies Fellowship. Eamonn earned his MA in history from Georgetown University and his BA in international relations and philosophy from the George Washington University.
