Bio

Anastasia is a master’s student in International Policy at Stanford University, specializing in great power competition and its impact on countries in Europe and Central Asia. Named the 2026 Rising Expert on Central Asia by Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, Anastasia has a proven track record in the think tank space, including roles at the Center for International Security and Cooperation, Migration Policy Institute, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Her writing has been featured in The Diplomat, and she is a recipient of numerous awards, including a DAAD scholarship. Anastasia earned her BA with a double major in Politics, Rights, and Development and Psychology from New York University.
