On Feb 14th, YPFP DC members attended a private art viewing of Ecuadorian artist Enrique Tabara's work with other diplomats and other art enthusiasts at OAS. Tabara's work transcended the canvas - bridging art and international dialogue by highlighting how cultural expression shapes and informs foreign policy.
