Bio

Hadley Spandaccini (she/her) is a Fulbright grantee to Taiwan pursuing an MA in Political Economy at the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science. She is an AI policy strategist specializing in technological disruption and economic security, examining how industrial and financial policies shape multinational behavior in high-tech supply chains under export control regimes.

She supports research on semiconductor supply chain resilience and engages emerging leaders in dialogue on AI governance and the geopolitics of emerging technologies. Previously, she served as Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI & Analytics at Medallia, leading global marketing strategy for AI products used by Fortune 100 institutions. She conducts research and dialogue across global policy communities, drawing on Mandarin and French fluency to engage diverse stakeholders and strengthen policy.
