In March 2021, the USCFP Community convened to publish a Policy Recommendation Report and host a Summit to report on their findings and recommendations. This report is a culmination of 10 months of research and collaboration of the community.
A prestigious convening to identify rising leaders across academia, government, industry and technology on issues related to U.S.-China competition, and to build a community that works together to shape the next decade of one of the world’s most important bilateral relationships.
With the goal of identifying, cultivating, and connecting the next generation of China experts, Young Professionals in Foreign Policy has curated this cohort of emerging leaders from government, businesses, academia, think tanks, and civil society. This diverse, multidisciplinary community of exceptional early- and mid-career leaders will be tasked with wrestling with seven of the most consequential dimensions of U.S.-China relations. Recommendations from this cohort will chart a new course for U.S.-China policy.
