Bio
Kim is a dual master’s degree student in Public Policy at the University of Tokyo and Sciences Po Paris. Her academic interests focus on East Asian security and cultural diplomacy. She has developed practical experience in this field through an internship at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom, as well as through organising cross-cultural events and festivals.
