Francesca has been a member of YPFP since 2013, starting in the Brussels chapter. She holds a law degree from Bocconi University in Milan, where she specialized in International and Public Law, and is currently pursuing her LLM in Law, Science and Technology at Stanford. She's held positions both in the private and public sector, including at Google and at the Italian Embassy in Moscow, and is mostly interested in the interaction between technology and international law, particularly in the realms of cyber warfare and human rights. She speaks Italian, English, French and conversational Russian. In her free time she enjoys traveling, running, theatre and cooking for her friends.
