Tina S. Gaddy has over eighteen years of experience in Higher Education Administration, Professionals Career Services, and Business Development. She is currently the Senior Manager for Employer Relations and Programming at the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs in the Graduate Student Service program. In that role she works with Master's students and alumni and she is the central point of contact for all external organizations in the international affairs sphere. Tina comes to the board with expertise as a senior client recruitment specialist who has managed teams, coordinated large scale projects and events, provided individual career coaching, and led discussions of salary negotiations, employment contracts, and a range of support services for young professionals in the field of international affairs. She has prior board experience as a former President of the Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League. Tina holds B.A from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Springfield College in Massachusetts. She has one daughter entering elementary school in Maryland.
