Workshop: Mastering the Art of the Job Interview

Interviewing for any kind of job can be nerve-wrecking, especially in international relations where positions can be very specialized. What are some strategies to ensure you put your best foot forward when interviewing?

Please join YPFP for a workshop led by Melis Tusiray on interview skills in international relations. This workshop will equip you with skills, strategies and tips to ensure you can interview effectively for a job you love.

Melis Tusiray is the President and Founder of Hey Ladies, an organization that provides affordable and practical career support to women who work. In addition to her role at Hey Ladies, Melis is the Director of Programs at American Friends of Bucerius, a German-American nonprofit focused on issues in global governance and international law. She has served previously as a Sudan Desk Officer with the US State Department's Special Envoy to Sudan, as Managing Editor at the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs, and as a consultant to the German development institution, Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit. She holds degrees from UCLA and Georgetown University.
