On April 25th, 2012, Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski, a Democratic foreign policy veteran best known for serving as National Security Advisor to President Carter, outlined a strategy by which the United States could achieve its major long-term geopolitical goals amid a changing distribution of global power from West to East.
