To help our members contribute to ongoing debates in foreign policy and international politics – and to help advance their careers – we launched the YPFP Publications Project. If you have had an article published, YPFP is happy to showcase your work on our site. YPFP Members can submit articles online, which after review will then be published on the website.

The goals of the project are to

  • Encourage young people to write about foreign policy and help them get published in print and online media.
  • Share publications by YPFP members within our organization to maximize the reach and visibility of our ideas.
  • Provide a variety of advice and resources to members who want help writing, editing, placing, and pitching their articles.
  • Assemble "Writer Workshops" that match authors with a small group of peers who are knowledgeable about their chosen subject and experienced with journalism to help them hone their writing and refine their arguments. When possible, we try to pair authors with experienced scholars and professionals to critique the article.
