Aubrey Hruby is a YPFP Global Leader and a recognized expert in African market entry, project/deal identification, and investment facilitation. Aubrey is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Africa Center, a Managing Partner of Noveni Advisors, and a co-founder of the Africa Expert Network (AXN). 

Previously, Aubrey served as the Managing Director of the Whitaker Group, where she helped facilitate over $2 billion in investment and capital flows to Africa. Aubrey has consulted extensively in 20+ African markets (including Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and South Africa). She has worked with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement successful investment and market entry strategies and advises the US Chamber of Commerce’s Africa Division. Over the past ten years, Aubrey has regularly led CEO-level delegations to African countries and coordinated presidential visits to the United States. 

Recognized by Diplomatic Courier as a Top 99 Foreign Policy Leader and passionate about strengthening relations with African countries, she works to ensure Africa is kept on the US foreign policy agenda. Aubrey writes regularly for outlets including the Huffington Post, the National Interest and FT. She also speaks regularly on African business issues at conferences and in the media, interviewing with the Wall Street Journal, NPR, Bloomberg Radio, CCTV, AriseTV, Africa24. A strong supporter of African entrepreneurship, Aubrey is an active member of the African Leadership Network and she is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
