As ISIS continues to gain territory in both Syria and Iraq, Europe and the US must make a plan of action to address a maturing, effective and dangerous group whose objective is to create a Caliphate. We will discuss together possible options for this plan: What is the right course of action? Troops on the ground? Air strikes? Financial aid? Ally with Assad? How do we address the issue of foreign recruits?
Bring a blanket and refreshments of the eating or drinking variety and come prepared for an interesting discussion.
Meeting point: Parc du Cinquantenaire, entrance at Rue de La Loi. In the case of rain, we will meet at the Exki on Rue Froissart 94.
