Conference Description
The United States may continue to operate in fragile and failing states, requiring ever-closer cooperation among military, civilian, and NGO personnel. Even as senior leaders are exploring long-term policy solutions to address these challenges, there is an urgent need to improve cooperation at the operational level immediately.
Young professionals from the military, civilian agencies, and NGOs – together with veteran mentors with "on the ground" experience – will meet to discuss realistic, immediate, workable, operational solutions for interagency collaboration.
