In this presentation Dr. Christopher D. Kolenda - combat leader, entrepreneur, and strategic thinker - shows you how to bring the transformative idea of GUTS to your chosen profession so you can thrive as a NextGen leader in today's ultra-competitive environment. He will focus on why and how digital technology is placing unprecedented demands on leadership, organizational culture, and strategy while also increasing the rates and scale of failure. Dr. Kolenda will also speak on how intellectual courage enables leaders and organizations to thrive in these highly competitive strategic environments.

Dr. Christopher D. Kolenda, Ph.D. is the Founder of the Strategic Leaders Academy, helping leaders develop the intellectual courage to thrive in strategic environments. He previously served as the Senior Adviser on  Afghanistan and Pakistan to Under Secretary of Defense Michèle Flournoy, and served four tours of duty in  Afghanistan. He was decorated with the Department of Defense’s highest civilian award for his work on  strategy. Chris graduated from the United States Military Academy and went on to serve in the United States  Army with great distinction, to include leading large, complex organizations in the United States, Europe, and in combat in Afghanistan.
