Join YPFP "Movers and Shakers" for running combined with a few bodyweight exercises in Parc du Cinquantenaire, (entrance from Avenue d'Auderghem side - right by the Villo bicycle station (meeting point marked HERE):
-Run one or two rounds at Parc du Cinquantenaire as a warm up - Don't worry, every one at his/her very own pace - you do not have to be a trained runner to attend!
-Few basic exercises (push ups, squats, jumping squats, burpees, lunges etc.) done at high intensity to build up strength
Please note, the run will take place even if it rains heavily!
