Madison Freeman is the 2018 Energy and Environment Fellow at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. Madison is a Research Associate for Energy and US Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations, focusing on clean energy, innovation, and energy security. Prior to joining the Council on Foreign Relations, she worked on European energy policy at the Atlantic Council. Her writings have appeared in Foreign Affairs, The American Interest, and PV Magazine. Madison received her bachelor's in International Affairs and Economics from American University.
