The London Branch of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy

YPFP's Transatlantic Arm

YPFP London is the transatlantic arm of the highly successful Washington organization. As a full-fledged autonomous branch, YPFP London has brought the distinctive non-partisan policy discussion, networking and public service concept to one of the world’s most dynamic capitols. The London branch has officers and members in government, the think tank world, the military, academia, international law and international business. Our aim: to foster the next generation of foreign policy decision-makers.

Policy Discussion Events

The work of YPFP London is focused on providing members with unique opportunities to hear presentations by and speak with high-profile individuals involved in international affairs. Speakers are able to reach an audience of knowledgeable and enthusiastic future leaders. These roundtable events are kept intimate in order to foster real discussion and productive debate.

Networking Events

YPFP London holds a number of receptions throughout the year, so that members can better get to know one another. These may or may not be tied to policy discussion events, but help to maintain the vibrancy of the YPFP community in London.

Annual Lecture

YPFP London will hold an annual lecture. These events will showcase an individual of exceptional note, speaking on a topic of profound relevance in international affairs.

Overall, the London branch of YPFP extends the global reach of the organization, and is proud to add to the intellectual strings that form the special transatlantic relationship.
