Kolby Keo is the Managing Director of Programs with YPFP. He is responsible for leading the department in developing and executing superior programs for YPFP’s members.
During the day, Kolby manages alumni affairs for the University of California Washington Program (UCDC). He previously served as legislative aide for U.S. Representative Alan Lowenthal (CA-47). He is a 12-year volunteer for the national non-profit American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) and serves as a Vice President for the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) Fellows Program. He previously served as a program leader for the International Relations & Diplomacy Summits for People to People Ambassador Programs.
Kolby graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine (zot zot zot) with a degree in Political Science with concentrations in U.S. foreign policy and comparative politics. In his free time, he enjoys binge-watching House of Cards and the West Wing, attempting salsa dancing, and “borrowing” his friends’ HBO password to catch the latest episode of Game of Thrones.
