Keshav Kelkar, South Asia (Region) Fellow

Keshav Kelkar is the 2018 South Asia Fellow at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy and a Yenching Scholar. His research interests cover Sino-Indian relations, the relationship between China's overseas development assistance and soft power, and security affairs in the broader Asia-Pacific region. He holds a Master's in Asia Pacific Policy Studies from the University of British Columbia and a Master's of China Studies from Peking University.
