Staff Development Officer, Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, London
YPFP London is recruiting a Staff Development Officer to lead on the professional development of our voluntary staff. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing training and volunteering opportunities through third parties. The officer will play an integral part in enabling our staff to develop their professional skills and fulfil their full potential , both for YPFP and in their professional careers.
Duration: minimum of one year
Asks & Attributes:
- Live, work or study in London
- Able to commit 5 hours per week (excluding attendance at events and staff meetings)
- Self-motivated and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Experience in a professional environment is ideal, but not mandatory
