What are the costs for various types of graduate degrees (e.g. MBA, masters in finance or math)? Is it worth it or frustrating when you come back to the US? France or the UK?

Do graduate degrees abroad, specifically those in International Affairs and Foreign Policy, hold the same weight as those obtained in the U.S.?
What are the professional/career related pros and cons of obtaining a degree abroad?
What are the most common ways of financing graduate degrees abroad?
How can we assess the quality of the program and other aspects such as student life from afar since some will not have the opportunity to visit university’s of interest?
How is the admissions process the same or different compared to universities in the U.S.?

I would like to second Rayyven Vinson’s questions:

How is the admissions process the same or different compared to universities in the U.S.?

    And add a few:
    - What is the general pattern of admissions timelines for international degrees?
    - There are constantly rumors floating around of free graduate degree programs abroad – in Berlin, in Canada, in London, all sorts of places – either due to the programs having no cost or to little-known government or institutional scholarships for Americans going abroad for their degrees. Are any of these rumors true?

What is a graduate degree abroad worth? Is Oxford’s degree in international relations considered too academic?

Sciences po’s PISA is relatively new, but is a degree from there marketable in the U.S.?

    1. Application requirements – are there tests that might be required that can be difficult to complete from the US?
    2. Better understanding of the feasibility of doing graduate school abroad.
    3. Germany or the UK
