Glenn Ojeda Vega is a Latin America Fellow at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP). Glenn is an emerging markets consultant in Latin America. He earned his BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Glenn specializes in international trade and development in Latin America and Africa. He has worked with the Smithsonian Institution, as well as the US Department of Defense as a Boren Scholar. Recently, Glenn contributed the chapter “China, India, and East Africa: The Indian Ocean in the 21st Century” to the Routledge publication “Reconfiguration of the Global South.” Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Glenn lives in Bogotá, Colombia, where he conducts graduate research at the Pontifical Xavierian University.
