Job Description: The Department of Political Science at Dalhousie University invites applications for a 50% limited term position at the Lecturer/Assistant Professor level, effective August 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016.  This position will be tenable for a ten-month term.  The appointment will be in the area of International Relations and Foreign Policy. 

Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate may be expected to teach undergraduate classes on introductory politics, international relations and foreign policy as well as upper level seminars on international conflict and/or Canadian and Comparative Foreign Policies.

Job Qualifications: The candidate must have a PhD or nearly completed PhD.  The candidate should have a record of excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level and a promising record of scholarship in her or his field of research.
