YPFP NY: Time to Lead - A Blueprint for Middle East Peace

Join YPFP NY and OneVoice to hear from a panel of leaders from the diplomatic, religious, entertainment, business and civic sectors for a discussion about the challenges and opportunities facing the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, and how collaboration between these sectors can provide new opportunities to move the Israeli-Palestinian peace process forward.  

 

The panel, titled "Time to Lead: A Blueprint for Middle East Peace," will feature Jason Alexander (of Seinfeld fame), Daisy Khan (executive director, American Society for Muslim Advancement), Daniel Lubetzky (founder of OneVoice and KIND Healthy Snacks), and Ambassador Dennis Ross (counselor at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy). The discussion will be moderated by Rabbi Jennifer Krause.    

 

Following the panel, there will be a Young Leadership After-Party at Uptown Lounge, where the next generation of peace-makers can meet each other, enjoy refreshments, and discuss new ideas to end the conflict.

 

WHAT:  Time to Lead: A Blueprint for Middle East Peace, a panel discussion), followed by a Young Leadership After Party, co-hosted by YPFP NY and OneVoice  

 

WHEN: Thursday, May 16, 2013. The panel discussion will begin at 8:00p.m. The Young Leadership After Party will begin at 9:30 p.m. 

 

WHERE:  Please note: The panel discussion and the Young Leadership After-Party are in two different locations. The panel discussion will take place at the 92nd Street Y in the Kaufmann Concert Hall, located on Lexington Avenue at 92nd Street. The Young Leadership After-Party will take place at Uptown Lounge, located at 1576 Third Avenue (at East 89th Street)
