Come join YPFP again this Saturday for a volunteer day in Breezy Point, Queens, to assist residents impacted by Hurricane Sandy. We will partner with the NY Military Support and Assistance Group, an organization that is helping the community and residents recover and rebuild.

The Breezy Point community was ravaged by fire and flooding during Hurricane Sandy, and they need assistance. The type of assistance YPFP will be providing is manual labor: tearing down dry wall/insulation, moving debris, or hauling trash. If you are able to stuff a trash bag or work on a daisy chain, your assistance is greatly needed! You will get dirty, you will be exhausted, but your contribution will be appreciated at the end of the day.

Best regards,

The YPFP NY team
