YPFP NY - Global Diplomacy Series event on Keeping Asia Safe: Japan's New Role in East Asian Security

YPFP NY is pleased to invite you to an event in the Global Diplomacy Series, "Keeping Asia Safe: Japan's New Role in East Asian Security," a discussion with Koichi Ai, Deputy Consul at the Consulate General of Japan in New York and Director of the Japan Information Center.  

 

A small group of YPFP members will be able to attend an off-the-record discussion about Japan's new role in East Asian security as well as upgraded U.S.-Japan defense relations. Mr. Ai will speak from 6:00-6:45 p.m., and there will be time for a lengthy Q&A following Mr. Ai's presentation.  

 

WHAT: "Keeping Asia Safe: Japan's New Role in East Asian Security," an event in the Global Diplomacy Series 

WHEN: Monday, November 4th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Please arrive by 5:40 pm to go through security. 

WHERE: The Consulate-General of Japan in New York, 299 Park Avenue, Floor 19 (between 48th and 49th Streets), New York, NY 

RSVP: Register to attend the event by 12:00 pm on October 28, 2013. YPFP members will be given priority. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email.
