Social media is a multifaceted tool that is nowadays widely used for a very broad range of purposes -communications, socializing, politics to name but a few- which makes it sometimes complicated to define and comprehend. In this Tools of the Trade session, members will gain insights on how to make the best use they can of social media in their careers and everyday life.
Abtin Kronold is currently working at Facebook. He has been part of the EMEA team as a Policy Co-ordinator since, almost, the inception of the office in Brussels. Prior to this, he worked as a legal consultant at Tipik, providing services to the European Commission. Abtin has a double master's degree in law and studied in over 6 European countries. As a result he is fluent in several languages.
A computer will randomly choose the participants from the paying members who have registered. A confirmation email will be sent out to each successful recipient and a waiting list will be created for the rest.
Out of respect towards our speakers we ask you to attend the full session of the workshop. If you have other commitments that evening and plan to leave the event earlier, we ask you kindly to sign up for another workshop, where you are able to commit 100 percent of your time.
