Elissa Miller is an Assistant Managing Editor of the Fellowship Program at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP). Elissa is an Assistant Director at the Atlantic Council's Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East, where her work focuses on political, economic, and security developments in Libya, Tunisia, and Egypt. Prior to the Atlantic Council, she was a project assistant focusing on international elections at the National Democratic Institute. Elissa received her BA in International Relations from Tufts University in 2014, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a regular contributor for The Arab Weekly. Her work has also been published in Foreign Affairs, Real Clear World, and The Hill.
