Detica is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and well-organized individual for the position of Senior Analyst. The analyst will undertake research and analysis to support onsite work at the Missile Defense Agency. Responsibilities of this position include liaison with the Government Accountability Office; providing insight and recommendations; preparing briefing slides and drafting products; management of computer databases; oral presentations and interacting with government clients; and performing general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate must be skilled in writing summary reports, demonstrate proficiency with core software and Internet research tools, and be able to work well in a team environment. A SECRET security clearance and knowledge of the federal budget process, especially from a Congressional viewpoint, are preferred. Detica Senior Analysts are experienced professional staff who possess strong academic credentials, a solid understanding of research and analytical skills and techniques, and a keen awareness of political-military and international security developments. US Citizenship required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
