Danielle Preskitt, born and raised in Georgia, graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Political Science and Russian Area Studies. During her time at Clemson, she studied abroad in Serbia, researching the dissolution of Yugoslavia, and the Hague. In May 2017, Danielle will graduate from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey (MIIS) with a Master's degree in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies (NPTS) with a focus on the Russian language. She is currently writing an honors thesis on Chechen terrorism. Danielle's professional experience has ranged from working at the US Embassy in Panama to a junior due diligence analyst in London. Currently, she is a Landmines and Cluster Munition Intern at the Arms Control Association.
