Volunteer - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist

The CRM Specialist will oversee all YPFP Customer management databases.

Reports To

The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will report to the Director of Technology Infrastructure & the Chief of Staff.

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the CRM Specialist includes the maintenance of YPFP’s database. The maintenance includes the addition of new information, updating changes to existing information and deletion of obsolete data.

  • Maintain and update donor, member, and constituent data within the database.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in the transition of the YPFP database and all records to a new platform.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across YPFP to encouraging member retention and loyalty.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with membership and communications teams to ensure direct member communication is effective and targeted.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CRM databases including Salesforce, Nationbuilder, Razors Edge,
  • Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per month, may vary during high peak event season and database migration
