As Director of JobLink, Leila Dujany leads a staff of 6 volunteer staff in implementing and maintaining YPFP's Career Development program and skill building opportunities. JobLink's mission is to link YPFP’s talented community of young professionals with opportunities within the fields of international affairs, foreign policy, and national security and to prepare our members to advance their careers by developing the professional skills necessary to compete in today's global job market. In addition to volunteering with YPFP, Leila volunteers with Ladies DC helping build their mentorship committee.
Leila is a graduate of George Mason University, having received a dual-B.A. in International Affairs and French, including International coursework in Nice, France, London, England, and Guadeloupe, The Greater Antilles.
Leila's "day" job consists of being a Salesforce Administrator for a National General Contracting firm, where she implements and runs a cloud based CRM system. Previously, Leila worked at a large Private Equity Firm as a Business Analyst.
Fun Fact: Leila spent a semester interning in the House of Commons and even got to see Prime Minister's Questions!
