As Director of Strategy, Erin Mintz is responsible for developing YPFP's long-range strategic plan and corresponding business metrics as well as the regular monitoring and reporting of each departments' operational plans.
Mintz is an associate at KPMG, an international accounting and advisory firm. She specializes in advising clients in the federal community on effective change management, organizational development, and operational effectiveness processes. Prior to KPMG, Mintz was a strategic planning and financial analyst for the Office of Safety at the Federal Aviation Administration. Mintz is a graduate of George Mason University, where she received a dual-B.A. in Global Affairs and French, including coursework in Paris, France and Dakar, Senegal. She continued on at GMU to receive a M.P.P. from the School of Public Policy, concentrating on international institutions, international trade, and governance issues.
In her spare time, Mintz enjoys exploring D.C., especially museums, monuments, and live music. A native of Princeton, New Jersey, she also fundraises and participates in several events to promote cancer awareness.
