David Henry Doyle, Executive Director, YPFP Brussels
David Henry Doyle is Irish and as a Policy Analyst and Communications Officer at the Brussels based think tank the Security & Defence Agenda, he managed projects related to NATO's strategic concept review and co-authored a report containing recommendations on global and European security, EU-NATO relations and emerging threats. He has also worked as a Researcher at Eurocontrol, the Organisation for the Safety of Air Traffic Navigation in Europe and as a junior accountant and legal aide at SIDE-Eastnets, a company specialising in minimising risk in international finance transactions. David grew up in Dublin, New York and Brussels. He holds degrees in History from the Sorbonne and Trinity College Dublin where he specialised in the history of diplomacy and earned a number of awards including Best Undergraduate Thesis of 2008 in the UK and Ireland. After winning a scholarship to the University of Cambridge, he graduated with a Masters in International Relations and European Studies. He is bilingual in English and French and is proficient in Flemish, Italian, Spanish and Irish. His interests include Rugby, Football and the future of Europe.
