Alicia Bonner Ness
Alicia Bonner Ness is the editor of the The New Global Citizen, a new social good publication that chronicles the stories, strategies, and impact of innovative leadership and global engagement around the world. By capturing the ground-level impact of these approaches, The New Global Citizen provides an avenue through which beneficiaries and implementers alike can showcase their impact and learn from one another. She is also the Communications Manager at CDS, where she seeks to amplify the stories and impact of skills-based volunteerism and enterprise development around the globe. Previously, Alicia served as the Development Officer on the UN Foundation’s Girl Up campaign, and as the Director of Development at ISW. She has been published in the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Justmeans, and The Chronicle of Philanthropy. She serves as the Finance Chair of the Board of Directors of YPFP. She is a Masters candidate in Applied Economics at the Johns Hopkins University and a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University. She speaks French and Spanish.
