The State of the Union on Foreign Policy - Translated

Barack Obama touched on some foreign policy issues in his State of the Union speech, eventually, toward the end, for a couple of minutes. Here are the important excerpts:

The top 10 Chinese cyber attacks (that we know of)

Policy Solutions To Prevent The Proliferation Of Illicit Cross-border Tunnels

Resume and expand Operation Jump Start (OJS)

OJS was launched in June 2006 as a joint initiative of the Defense Department and the Governors of Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas. As part of this two-year operation, thousands of National Guard troops were trained and placed along the U.S.-Mexico border to help curb illegal immigration to the United States.  OJS relied on the National Guard to assist with border fence construction and detect illegal entrants through surveillance, leaving the actual law enforcement to Border Patrol as the leading agency.
